Potato Bites with Lemon Caper



Toppings

  • 10 Small red potatoes 
  • Olive oil
  • Light sour cream
  • Some minced fresh chives
  • Butter & melted
  • Finely chopped drained capers
  • Lemon juice
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

How to Make?



Step 1: Heat the oven to 450°c

Step 2: At first mix potatoes & oil. Cut sides down of potato in a single layer. then keep it 450°c for 20 minutes. After that Remove & cool it

Step 3: Heat the broiler 

Step 4: Cut the side of potatoes & make it round. Then remove pulp from potato. Mix pulp, sour cream, chives & next 5 ingredients. Now fill potato shells with toppings

Step 5: Boil potatoes for two minutes.
