Vegetable Burrito Bowl


Toppings

  • Basmoti rice
  • Olive oil
  • Cumin
  • Cloves of garlic
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Lime juice
  • Salt
  • Diced avocado
  • Chilli powder
  • Corn kernels
  • A can of black bean
How to Make?
Step 1: At first cook the rice

Step 2: Take a saucepan put oil, garlic cloves & saute and fry the mixture about 35 seconds. Then add boiled rice, a cup of water, beans, chilli powder & cumin. Add salt as you need. Cook until five to seven minutes & stirring often. Then add avocados & lime juice mixture

Step 3: Add bean mixture, cherry tomatoes, avocado & corn over the dish

Step 4: Serve the delicious dish with salad
